Payments & Security

Why do you only accept Bitcoin (BTC)?

Dealing in high-value, graded slabs requires trust, security, and fluidity. BTC eliminates the friction of traditional gateways—meaning no arbitrary holds, no middleman fees, and no risk of fraudulent chargebacks after a card ships. The settlement is borderless and final, protecting both the buyer and the seller.

How does the checkout process work?

Add your chosen slabs to the cart and proceed to checkout. You will provide your shipping details and then an invoice will be generated via our self-hosted Bitcart node. Once you send the BTC to the provided address, we monitor the blockchain.

How long until my order is confirmed?

We require exactly 3 on-chain confirmations before an order is considered fully paid and cleared for shipment. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification and your order will move to the dispatch queue.

Shipping & Packaging

How are high-value cards packaged?

We treat every slab as a premium asset. Every card is placed in a protective sleeve, wrapped in weather-resistant bubble wrap, and securely double-boxed to ensure it arrives in the exact pristine condition shown in the catalog images.

Do I have to pay import duties or customs taxes?

No. We ship internationally using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. All listed prices include all applicable sales taxes and import duties. You will not face any surprise fees upon delivery.

Is the shipping insured?

Yes, all packages are shipped with full value insurance and tracked delivery. In the rare event a package is lost in transit, you are completely covered.
