1. Introduction

Welcome to Slabify TCG. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Slabify TCG operates from Prinseneiland 305, Amsterdam, NL for business correspondence and buyer support.

2. Products & Authenticity

We specialize in PSA-graded Pokemon slabs. Every item listed is represented with product images, pricing, availability, and card details before checkout. Due to the high-value and individually graded nature of these items, all sales are final once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law or when the wrong item is delivered.

3. Payments

We only accept Bitcoin (BTC) as a form of payment. Payments are processed securely via the Bitcart payment gateway. Orders are only processed and shipped after the transaction has reached at least 3 on-chain confirmations.

4. Shipping & Customs (DDP)

We ship internationally with tracked, insured delivery. Handling is typically 1-3 business days after payment completion and the required on-chain confirmations. Delivery is typically 3-10 business days after shipment. Listed prices are shown before checkout; any shipping charge is shown in the cart before payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Slabify TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We ensure all slabs are shipped fully insured to protect your investment during transit.
