1. Data collection

We collect the personal information you give us when you make a purchase or send a request, such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We use this data to process your order, ship it, and answer your questions.

2. Payment information

Payment processing is handled by our self-hosted Bitcart server. We never have access to your private keys or wallet. Your Bitcoin or Ethereum transaction ID is stored to verify payment and process your order.

3. Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, products added to the cart, completed orders).
• Google Customer Reviews may ask you after an order whether you want to leave a review.
• Formspree processes the card sourcing request form.
• Kraken and blockchain.info provide the live BTC and ETH exchange rates shown next to prices. Your browser contacts them directly.
• Vercel hosts the website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies and local storage

We store your cart in your browser's local storage so it survives page reloads. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Order data is kept for as long as tax law requires. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
