1. Introduction

Welcome to Slabify TCG. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Slabify TCG uses Prinseneiland 305, Amsterdam, NL for business correspondence and buyer support.

2. Products & authenticity

We sell graded Pokemon cards (slabs). Every item is listed with photos, the price, availability, and card details before checkout.

3. Payments

We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH on the Ethereum network). Payments are processed through the Bitcart payment gateway. Orders are processed and shipped once the transaction is confirmed on-chain (for Bitcoin, at least 3 confirmations). Payments sent in another coin, token, or network cannot be processed.

4. Shipping & customs

We ship with tracked, insured delivery. Shipping is free on orders of $150 and up and $9.99 below that; the shipping charge is shown in the cart before payment. Handling is typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery typically 3–10 business days after shipment. International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The conditions, the model withdrawal form, and how refunds work are described on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Slabify TCG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.
