Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about buying graded slabs with Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Payments & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH on the Ethereum network). Dealing in high-value, graded slabs requires trust, security, and fluidity. Crypto removes the friction of traditional gateways: no arbitrary holds, no middleman fees, and no fraudulent chargebacks after a card ships. Your consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, apply in full.
How does the checkout process work?
Add your chosen slabs to the cart and proceed to checkout. You enter your shipping details, then an invoice is generated through our self-hosted Bitcart server. Choose BTC or ETH on the invoice and send the exact amount shown to its address; we monitor the blockchain. See how to pay with Bitcoin or Ethereum for a step-by-step guide.
How long until my order is confirmed?
An order is cleared for shipment once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain (for Bitcoin, 3 on-chain confirmations). Once confirmed, your order moves to the dispatch queue and ships within 1–3 business days.
Shipping & packaging
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 and up, and $9.99 below that. Every order ships tracked and insured.
How are high-value cards packaged?
Every slab is placed in a protective sleeve, wrapped in weather-resistant bubble wrap, and double-boxed so it arrives in the condition shown in the product photos.
Do I have to pay import duties or customs taxes?
Orders within the EU ship from the Netherlands and do not go through customs. For international orders we ship using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service: listed prices include applicable sales taxes and import duties, so you will not face surprise fees on delivery.
Is the shipping insured?
Yes. All packages ship with full-value insurance and tracked delivery. If a package is lost in transit, you are covered.
Returns
Can I return a card?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The slab must come back in the same condition, with the case intact. Read the full returns and withdrawal policy.
How do I know a slab is genuine?
Every product page has photos of the slab. Email us for the certification number before you buy and check it with the grading company. Our guide explains how to verify a PSA slab.
