Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If an order contains several slabs delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, by email to info@slabifytcg.com or by post to Slabify TCG, Prinseneiland 305, Amsterdam, NL. Include your order reference and the PSA (or other grader) certification number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the 14 days are over.

Sending the slab back

• Send the slab back within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. We will email you the return address.
• The case must be intact and unopened: no cracks, pry marks, or tampering, and the certification number must match the slab we shipped.
• You pay the cost of returning the slab. We recommend tracked, insured shipping for the full value, because the slab is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the slab beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard shipping cost of your order, within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we have received the slab back. Because you paid in crypto, we refund in the same currency you paid with (BTC or ETH) to a wallet address you provide, for the order value shown in USD on your invoice.

Wrong or damaged item

If you received the wrong card, or the slab arrived damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping in these cases.
