About this card
Ash-Greninja EX carries promo number 290/XY-P, a limited edition card from 2016. The XY-P code places it in the Japanese promotional series of the XY era, which sat apart from the main booster expansions.
Ash-Greninja is the special form Greninja takes through its bond with Ash in the Pokemon the Series: XY & Z anime. The form later appeared in the games through the Battle Bond ability, and cards showing it are popular with fans of both the anime and Greninja itself.
This copy has been graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. PSA uses that grade, the top of its scale, for cards that are virtually perfect, with sharp corners, full gloss and centering within its tolerances.
