About this card

Marnie's Obstagoon is a Special Art Rare (SAR) from Mega Dream ex, a Japanese set, and this copy is a Japanese-language card. SAR is the Japanese name for the rarity tier known in English sets as Special Illustration Rare, with artwork spread across the whole card.

Obstagoon, the Dark and Normal-type evolution of Galarian Linoone, is closely tied to Marnie, the Spikemuth rival from Pokemon Sword and Shield. Trainer's Pokemon cards like this one show a Pokemon together with its trainer, and Marnie's cards have a strong following among collectors of character-driven artwork.

PSA graded the card a 10, its Gem Mint grade. That is the highest grade PSA uses, for cards that are virtually perfect, with sharp corners, original gloss and centering within PSA's tolerances.
